Our client is seeking a creative, culture-driven Content & Social Manager to help shape and amplify their brand presence across social and digital channels. This role is ideal for a strategic storyteller who understands today's social landscape, brings fresh ideas proactively, and knows how to create content that resonates with modern consumers.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage the organic social media and content calendar
• Develop engaging content strategies, concepts, and recurring content series
• Identify relevant trends, cultural moments, and opportunities for authentic brand participation
• Create compelling social copy, campaign messaging, captions, and short-form video scripts
• Tell meaningful stories across products, ingredients, science, founders, customers, and community
• Partner closely with Brand and Creative teams to bring campaigns to life across social platforms
• Develop content for Reels, TikTok, educational content, interviews, and short-form video
• Drive UGC, creator, and influencer content opportunities
• Support product launches with impactful storytelling before, during, and after launch
• Manage community engagement and help strengthen the brand voice
• Analyze content performance and optimize strategy based on insights
• Stay current on emerging platforms, creators, content formats, and social trends

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in social media, content marketing, or brand storytelling
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for engaging, platform-specific content
• Creative, proactive thinker who consistently brings new ideas and opportunities to the table
• Deep understanding of social media trends, culture, and consumer behavior
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, product, and cross-functional teams
• Experience within beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands is highly preferred
